There are moments in our lives that can feel like overwhelming, insurmountable waves…
and it’s within those moments that we can learn the greatest lessons and gain the greatest strength and a special form of wisdom, joy and empathy can be obtained.

Melody has been teaching Pilates for 15 years. Soon after, she added yoga, barre, dance and bootcamp modalities. While she loves them all, Pilates has always been her favorite. Nutrition, movement and wellness have always been a big part of her family’s life.

Our hope is to have you join our caring and healthy minded community to help you on your journey in life through movement and nutrition. The continual waves of life keep coming, and we all need encouragement and help to ride the waves of life.
