ballroom dance class
Make it a date and bring your partner for this fun filled Ballroom Dance class! Price for a couple is $35, OR $20 if you are a Wave member! This will be a fun-filled, sure to make you laugh, small group class to teach or brush off those skills from yeastier-year! All levels welcome. Please note you need to bring your own dance partner.

Fletcher towelwork training with Kyria Sabin
The Wave Pilates is hosting a Fletcher Towelwork training. The Fletcher Pilates Towelwork training is designed for movement and fitness professionals, as well as Physical Therapists, as an in-depth resource to understand the unique Fletcher approach to the Pilates method. Through this in-person course, you will learn unique Fletcher Pilates concepts and practical teaching applications for the following signature Fletcher Pilates techniques: Fletcher Towelwork®
The training will take place in early 2025.
