This immersive, in-person course is designed for movement and fitness professionals, as well as Physical Therapists, to explore the unique Fletcher approach to Pilates. Led by the esteemed Kyria Sabin, this training provides practical teaching applications and a deep dive into key Fletcher Pilates concepts.

Meet Your Instructor – Kyria Sabin

Kyria Sabin is the Director of Fletcher Pilates® International and its affiliated educational program, the Fletcher Pilates® Comprehensive Program of Study. A graduate of Duke University and a licensed massage therapist, Kyria began her studies with Ron Fletcher in 1991 and went on to establish the Fletcher Pilates® Studio in Tucson, Arizona, in 1993. Recognized by Ron Fletcher as a Master Teacher and Disseminator, Kyria developed the Pilates Program at the University of Arizona, where she serves as adjunct faculty. An international presenter, she has also held national board positions for the Pilates Method Alliance, the National Pilates Certification Program, the University of Arizona School of Dance, and The Foundation for Expanding Horizons.

Developed over four decades by Pilates master-teacher Ron Fletcher, Fletcher Towelwork® is a distinctive technique that stabilizes, balances, and strengthens the shoulder girdle. Initially created for simple yet effective exercises, Towelwork® has grown into a comprehensive movement program suitable for all skill levels. Whether performed alone or in combination with other Pilates mat and apparatus exercises, Fletcher Towelwork® offers stabilizing movements and intricate patterns that challenge everyone—from beginners to seasoned professionals.
